Note: Our Services interact with blockchain networks and smart contracts. We do not custody, control, or manage your digital assets.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All transactions initiated from your wallet
• Ensuring your wallet is compatible with our Platform
• Backing up your wallet recovery phrases

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or money laundering
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our Service
• Use automated systems (bots) without authorization

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BLOXXPAY, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
